Article XIV: Standing Rules
  1. Standing Committees shall consist of:

    2. Membership, Uniforms, Ballroom Blitz,

    Treats, Awards, Publicity,

    Poinsettias, Scholarships,

    Band Festival, Chaperones,

    Quarternotes, Music Money

  2. Marching Band Auxiliaries consist of the Rockettes.
  3. Bay Band Boosters will provide refreshments at all home football games and performances for the visiting band and its auxiliaries.
  4. The annual fundraising calendar shall be determined by the executive board as part of the budget planning.
  5. The annual membership donation levels and premiums shall be determined by the executive board.
  6. Music Money

At the end of a student’s senior year any monies left in his/her music money account can be transferred to a younger sibling in the music program. If the student does not have a younger sibling in the music program, the funds will transfer to the Scholarship Account. Any monies not transferred to a Rockette’s younger sibling will be transferred to the Scholarship Account under a line item specifically marked for the Rockettes. These funds are to be used to provide scholarship monies for Rockette camps. Scholarships for Rockette camps shall be determined by the Rockette Advisor.
